Dec 08, 2018 . I bought a JMI Motofocus for my previous scope (an 8" Meade Starfinder equatorial) and that helped significantly. Now I'm using a NexStar 6SE, which is easier to focus, but still subject to jostling. With the Motofocus, I'm anticipating a much more satisfying focusing process, although I haven't really put it to the test yet.

The included 25mm eyepieces deliver about 48x magnification. Using a higher power only means the needed 'tweaking' or rather 'refining' takes a few extra seconds (that's right, seconds). Remember everything is motorized!"
