That’s a tricky one. Generally the BMS is going to take care of things as long as the power supply feeds it the right voltage and enough current. I would definitely babysit the scooter on the first charge, and make sure it cuts off and goes into standby at 84V or so. Also, don’t leave it plugged in after the scooter is fully charged.
