You can programme a manual cardiac zone for your jogging. The watch will make a sound when you leave your zone. In order to do so, go into the watch settings, then the Activity menu, then Zones. Select MANUAL, then the minimum and maximum value of your zone. To return to automatic effort zones (warm-up, comfort, endurance etc.) select OFF.
The Bluetooth logo at the top of the screen starts to flash.Now search for “Kalenji HR500” in the settings of the running application you wish to use. The Bluetooth logo stops flashing when the watch is paired with the application. The application starts receiving your heart rate immediately.

1. Introduction. Thank you for choosing this Kalenji heart rate logger for your sport and exercise sessions. This product allows you to record your heart rate using a compatible chest belt, to transfer this data to your PC and to consult, analyse and save it using Geonaute Software.
The heart rate sensor technology on the HR 500 is designed for all skin colours and any amount of arm hair. On dark or tattooed skins, less light is reflected by the skin. In this case, the sensor adjusts by increasing the brightness of the emitted light or by adjusting the sensitivity of the light sensor.
Plug-in your unit to the charger and leave it charging for at least 4 hours straight. If this does not work, try using a different wall charger and USB cable. If the unit still doesn’t hold a charge, please contact support.
App downloaded, now it’s time to pair your mobile phone to the Cardo device so they can communicate with each other. Let the activation begin. Open the “Cardo Connect” app and go to the “settings” screen by pressing the icon on the upper left side of the home screen.
