KALYPTO* NPD1000* Negative Pressure Wound Therapy System is a lightweight, easy to operate portable negative pressure pump available with pre-shaped antimicrobial dressings for various wound types. Manufactured by Smith & Nephew.
6 Section 1 Negative pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) is an established therapy that has changed the way serious wounds are treated. Smith & Nephew has been involved in wound care since 1856.
The PICO Single Use Negative Pressure Wound Therapy System consists of a pump and two sterile dressing kits. The PICO pump maintains negative pressure wound therapy at 80mmHg (nominal) +/- 20mmHg to the wound surface. Exudate is managed by the dressing through a combination of absorption and evaporation of moisture through the outer film.
