From its beginnings in 1966, FLOWSERVE Kämmer concentrated its engineering and manufacturing expertise toward producing valves for specific niche markets, instead of offering a very broad and general valve line.
The Flowserve Kämmer design includes a rugged hydro-formed bellows seal with the backup packing seal located well above the bellows. For maximum protection, Kämmer offers bellows with up to five walls with wall thickness from 0.1 to 0.15 mm (for greater wall flexibility) for pressures up to 0 bar.
FLOWSERVE Kämmer pneumatic actuators are widely known for their versatile diaphragm design, easy instal- lation and simplified maintenance. When compared to other manufacturers’ diaphragm actuator designs, Käm- mer actuators have much higher thrust capabilities, fea- ture a very compact design and are lighter in weight.
