After the quickhacks are running you jump into the fight with your Katana to kill the enemies affected by them (should be able to kill 1-3 of them) and then run away if you are being shot at. This way you will recharge your ram and can use quichacks again. I would then use Memory wipe/Reboot Optics to not allow enemies to shoot you. Rinse and repeat.
