With the three panel option you will only be able to quilt a 52 1/4 inch section. Each panel is 17 3/8 inches long so if you use all six panels your panels will be 104 1/2 inches so that is enough to do a King size quilt. My crazy journey began with swapping 6-inch Crazy Quilted (CQ) hearts among internet friends in 2007. Before that, I had done only traditional quilts for a couple of decades.
The 15" throat will allow me to quilt just about any quilt that I do. I don't do 12" - 14" quilt blocks on point but I am betting I could quilt those as well. It would just require more planning. The stitches are smooth and I haven't had an issue with bobbin thread nesting or skipping.
