San Diego. May 18, 2020. #7. The Dynon Service Bulletin indicates the replacement 150PSI Kavlico sensor has a stamped part number of P255-150G-EA4. According to the Kavlico P255 data sheet the part number should be P255-150G-E4A (i.e. the A is on the end). Here is a link to the Kavilco P255 data sheet:

The GI 275 STC installation manual calls for a 75 psi, TSO fuel pressure sensor, part number 011-04202-20, which is not the same part as the sensors mentioned in the service bulletin, the P4055-50G-E4A, part number 494-30004-02. Not carrying TSO certification, the latter were never available for installation in a certified aircraft.

Kavlico also makes a version of the piezoelectric sensor that has an external vent. As an aside, I did inspect both of mine and none showed any signs of leakage after 1000 hours or so. Dynon has received rare sensor failure reports that involve fluid leakage. Reports include both drips and sprays of fuel and oil.
Use the new 15 PSI Kavlico sensor (P/N 103755-000) for most carbureted fuel systems with 0.6–15 PSI requirements. Use the new 150 PSI Kavlico sensor (P/N 103757-000) for most injected fuel systems and oil systems with 6–150 PSI requirements.
