These allow the Top Layer KeepOut Fill (on the left) to accept a Through Hole (TH) Pad while restricting all other object types, and the Bottom Layer (right) to accept tracks only. The inherent flexibility of KeepOuts allows their use for a wide range of tasks to control PCB layouts.

A fill KeepOut can be placed as a layer-specific KeepOut object or an all-layer KeepOut to act, for example, as a placement or routing barrier. The difference between a standard fill and a KeepOut fill is that layer-specific KeepOut-type fills are not included in output generation, such as Gerber or ODB++.
There are many different keepin and KeepOut areas that can be defined. Some of these are: Route Keepin- User-defined route keepin, drawn as a polygon, defines the allowable area for routing. Defined for all etch layers at once. There can only be one Route Keepin in a design.
Manufacturers of computers, mobile phones, appliances, and cars still create repair manuals for every product they ship. You're just not allowed to have them anymore. And that gap in repair information is hindering our efforts to create a circular economy.
All it does is stop people from fixing their things. It prevents independent repair facilities and shops from having the information they need to repair your stuff at competitive prices. And it prevents refurbishers from having the resources they require to fix products and put them back on the market.
Others, including Apple, Acer and Sony, refuse to release repair, maintenance, or service manuals to the public, using copyright claims to scrub internal manuals off the web when third parties post them. It's unclear whether companies like Toshiba and Apple are within their rights.
For instance, you might want to keep a bike manual for occasional reference. It also may make sense to keep the manual for a kitchen appliance that you only use once or twice a year. And there are some items for which you’ll want to keep the manual for as long as you have the item, such as a crib or car seat.
