  • How do you reset a Keri KB reader?

    Hold down the orange reset button (K2) as you apply the power. Continue to hold down the K2 button for 20 seconds. You will notice the green DS1 LED go off then on (twice). Release your finger from the K2 button. The DS4 and DS5 LEDs next to the reader port will start blinking very quickly.

  • Where do I enter the password for Keri KB?

    Press the Hardware Setup Icon. Press the “Connect” button to the right of the Intelliprox device. If you are connecting to the unit for the first time, you will be prompted to pair with the device. The default password for initial pairing is '123456'. Enter this code when prompted, then press OK.
