I've heard that Kessil only offers a 1 year warranty to customers outside of the US.. Which is kind of shady to start with since it's a 2 year warranty in the US. Maybe you could take it to an electronics repair shop that does surface level repairs to get it diagnosed/see if they can fix it. Does the light work with a different power supply?

Kessil Warranty Failed Me. Hi, I just wanted to share my experience with a broken A360W Tuna Sun E-series light. The short version: It broke, was still within the 2 year warranty (1.5 yr old), and they did not warranty the light. Instead, I was offered one at $210 USD, plus $30 USD shipping, plus $56 CND duties paid.
