Ketra lamps that cannot be deactivated using the HomeWorks Designer software can be reset and restored to the factory defaults using the Lutron App. To begin the process, navigate to the Pro Installer Modein the Lutron App and select Deactivate Ketra Devices. ®15 www.lutron.com/support Application Note #782 Using the Lutron App (continued)
When in the Lutron App, navigate to the Pro Installer Mode. If you are logged in and have the correct level of access, you will see the option to Activate Ketra Devices. Selecting this option will prompt you to press the Sync Connected Devicein the software.
