Simply bring the one-piece stainless pizza oven insert and cordierite stone up to temperature (shown on the built-in thermometer), and it’s ready to cook your pizza, lid up.
This new product was KettlePizza. In May of 2010, Al built his first prototype of the KettlePizza. He called his friend and fellow inventor, George Peters, to check out the design of a crude pizza oven insert made to fit on top of common charcoal kettle grills.
KettlePizza works with all kettle grills including Weber and others. The basic KettlePizza kit includes a laser machined stainless steel riser sleeve, a high-temp thermometer, wood handles with stainless hardware and a 14 inch pro pizza pan.
The latest pro version of the KettlePizza doesn't just deliver the heat, but a design that's completely thought out for the task it sets out to preform. First it has a tombstone shape stone that gives you ample surface area to launch the pies into the oven.
