Kyocera duraXV Extreme does not have Backup Assistant installed. I could not find it anywhere, either in Contacts or Media Center. It is not even mentioned in User Guide. Or just pick up this phone and see for yourself.... Looks like a major problem to me, which VW must fix ASAP.

I have the Kyocera DuraXV Extreme Flip phone and was told prior to buy it from Verizon that it had the voice narrator function for saying or announcing the callers ID on incoming calls. Specificially names from the contact list in the phone. How do I turn this on. Not the readout function that only has off/on and reads everything on the phones screen.

Insert the Battery Using a coin, rotate the battery cover screw on the back of the phone counter-clockwise several times to loosen it. (You should hear a click when the screw is loose.) Note: The battery cover screw is permanently mounted on the cover and cannot be removed.
Note: You are charged a higher rate for calls you have forwarded. To activate Call Forwarding: From the Idle screen, press Enter the area code and phone number to which you want your calls forwarded. Press the SEND key and then wait for a confirmation message or beeps.
