(U) In general, the intent of the L-1 classification is the intracompany transfer to the United States of full-time executive, management, or specialized knowledge personnel. However, while full-time employment by the beneficiary is anticipated, INA 101(a)(15)(L) does not require that the beneficiary perform full-time services within the United States.

Since 1919, FIAT® products have been making their way into hotels, schools, offices, hospitals and homes.
The division of Fiat, founded in 1899, specialized in the production of tractors, began its work in 1919, releasing the Fiat 702 model with a capacity of 30 hp. To attract the attention of buyers to the new tractor, the company did not stint on a large-scale advertising campaign.
As a leader in commercial, institutional and residential markets, Fiat’s decades of experience in the design, development and manufacturing of plumbing products has lead to an impressive array of durable high-quality products from acrylic and terrazzo bathing and shower modules to mop basins and laundry tubs.
The tractor sold in 1958 along with the less powerful Fiat 211. Production of the 411 lasted until 1967 and during this time several modifications of the model released. In 1960s, the company entered into several agreements with foreign partners: in 1962 with the Turkish firm Turk Tractor.
