18 reviews of La Buvette "A fantastic little wine bar in Paris. Camille's passion for the wine she serves is apparent, and the result is a great drinking experience. It's too bad she doesn't yet have a proper bar-license so that people aren't required to buy food in order to drink there."

Jul 30, 2018 . La Buvette closes at 10pm, making it better suited for early apéros than nightcaps. Menu. The actual offering of La Buvette has never much diverged from the scores of other caves-à-manger that dot east Paris. But more than most others, Fourmont foresaw the international media potential of a tiny, impeccably well-designed Paris natural wine bar.

We are mostly locals and planned to go to one of our favorite local joints but all of a sudden came upon Buvette. We decided to walk in, and boy were we glad we did. The atmosphere was charming and warm, you almost felt as if …

So much so that in each and every city I ever lived in I have a favorite delish breakfast supplier, in Rome it has to be La Buvette, walking distance from the Spanish Steps. La Buvette, opened in 2013, is perhaps the most stylish and intimate wine bar of its generation in Paris. Its Lilliputian confines are the size of the average e-cigarette shop, and yet manage to contain four small tables, a thin zinc bar, a prep kitchen, and in the rear, an authoritative-looking wine fridge.
La Buvette is in the neighborhood of a hotel where we frequently stay. La Buvette is a lively, local bar with nice table service and good food/coffe, etc. It is a nice little place to grab an easy lunch or for a coffee stop.
All in all, I could go on forever but Buvette is a restaurant that must be experienced first hand. Come hungry, be ready to squeeze in small spaces and open your mind and appetite for a quick trip to France. I had high expectations for this place because it's a very well known and popular brunch spot in NYC.
In addition to being located in one of the cutest corners of West Village, Buvette's seating and atmosphere could quickly convince you that you're in a tiny cobbled road in Paris instead of New York City for a minute, and I mean that in the best way possible.
