LSI warrants cataloged poles against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment. LSI will, at its option, replace, repair reimburse or credit 100% of the original purchase price of a defective pole.
Lamps and ballast warranties are set forth in paragraph18 of these terms and conditions. LSI must be contacted before any goods are returned; at which time a return material authorization (RMA) number will be assigned. The Buyer is responsible for the cost and expense of freight for returned goods.
LSI warrants LSI branded LED light fixtures against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of shipment. LSI will, at its option, replace, repair, reimburse or credit 100% of the original purchase price of the defective light fixture, components or electronics.
ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN SIXTY DAYS OF THE ONSET OF THE DEFECT. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID IF ANY REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS ARE MADE BY ANY PERSON NOT AUTHORIZED BY LSI IN WRITING. All quotations are based on the copy, artwork and specifications previously presented.
