I stopped taking Lamictal in 2017 foolishly because I felt better. Jumped back on 3 weeks ago and this is definitely the most balanced I’ve felt in many years. Before I was taking 200mg and even 300mg at one point, but my new psychiatrist says less is often better. I’m up to 50mg right now and may try 75mg next week, or may just stay here.
