If you don’t have laminate floor cleaner, you can use a teaspoon of unscented clear dish soap in a gallon of water. A teaspoon of baby shampoo in a gallon of water will also work. Be careful not to soak the floors. Use a damp mop on your floors every two to three months. Do not saturate the mop.

Use 1 cup (240 ml) of vinegar per 1 gallon (3.8 l) of water. Dip your microfiber mop in the vinegar and water mixture, then move it back and forth across your floors. Only use this method once a month or less to prevent damage to the protective seal on the laminate.
