If a LAM would like to manually reset a password for an existing user, they may do so within Manage User by clicking on Reset Password. The LAM can enter a new password for the user and the password requirements are listed*. For maximum security, it is recommended to also check the Reset password on Next Login box and click on Reset to save.

LAMS User Application States There are 5 basic states (and 2 special states) associated with a LAMS user application. They are: PENDING , APPROVED , REJECTED , HELD and EXPIRED, with the 2 special states being OLD and DUPLICATE . PENDING When a user applies for an account, the application status is PENDING.

Use in a prehospital (i.e., by EMS providers) or triage setting for patients with stroke symptoms. The LAMS is a validated 3-item prehospital scoring tool derived from the motor exam components of the Los Angeles Prehospital Stroke Screen (LAPSS). It was designed to rapidly quantify stroke severity in the prehospital setting.
The establishment of the LAMS supported under Department Administrative Order 2010-18, ensures the integrity and access to land information such as cadastral maps, isolated survey plans, public land applications, patents and titles.
The system is supported by a digital cadastral database that provides a spatial reference. To date, the LAMS has been installed in 16 DENR-Regional Offices in the country. A massive data capture of survey and public land records will be outsourced to make LAMS fully operational in the entire country.
LAMS, a major innovation developed during the implementation of the Second Phase of the Land Administration and Management Project (LAMP2) addresses the problematic management of the voluminous land records within DENR. Its objective is to improve the access to land records thereby realizing the delivery of quality land administration services.
