T-Mobile is buying Layer3, a cable TV service that doesn't need to install any cables in your home, just use the internet you already have.
When Layer3 rolls out over the next six months it won’t need to lure all of Comcast’s customers to turn a profit. “Even a company like Cablevision had just 3 percent of the United States market, and it sold for nearly $20 billion,” says Binder, referring to Cablevision’s 2015 acquisition by European cable operator Altice.

In the Chicago market, Layer3 has interconnect deals with Comcast and other providers (which Binder declined to name). But that also means to get Layer3 in Chicago today, users must be broadband subscribers of Comcast or one of the other ISPs that Layer3 is directly connected to.
For example, the grantee code for FCC ID: WQTVM3000G is WQT. The remaining characters of the FCC ID, VM3000G, are often associated with the product model, but they can be random.
The VN-300 supports some standard NMEA ASCII messages which can be configured using the NMEA Output Registers 101 & 102. At the end of this user manual each software subsystem is documented providing a list of all the commands and registers suported by the subsystem on the VN-300.
The VN-300 supports 3 separate user configurable binary output messages available on the serial interface. Each message can be configured by the user to contain any of the available output measurement types from the IMU, NavState, NavFilter, or the GPS subsystems.
This field controls the type of action taken by the VN-300 when an error event occurs. If the send error mode is enabled then a message similar to the one shown below will be sent on the serial bus when an error event occurs.
