Jun 22, 2018 . I’m changing my name from LAZY MAN to Mr. National Average (at least in this case.) That may not be a fair number as we have a 15-year mortgage and most people probably have 30-year mortgages. It would likely have been closer to 15% if we didn’t love the idea of not paying the bank for 15 years.

Feb 10, 2022 . Today it isn’t that much more, ~$44,000. Maybe as you get older and move up the corporate ladder it would seem easier to max out your 401k. In some time, you’ll probably have a spouse, which is great for splitting expenses and growing income. However, there’s bad news.

Nov 05, 2014 . November 5, 2014 by LAZY MAN 13 Comments. The last couple of days, I’ve been covering the cost of coffee. We covered the brewing coffee at home vs. buying at a coffee shop and the cost of single-serve (K-Cups) at home. Overall, I came away with four data points on four types of coffee (each normalized to 16 ounces). Here they are:

The LAZY MAN’s dog leash is not called such because it would be made or used by a LAZY MAN. The “LAZY MAN” part of the name refers to the way the leash is made. Instead of tying and braiding the leash using a single working strand at a time, we are using two. This is a way speeds up the making process and makes it simpler.

A LAZY MAN does whatever it takes just to get by. He’ll always take the easiest route, and that’s not what you need. You need a man who’s going to make an effort to appreciate just how special you are and show you just how much you mean to him. Unfortunately, just like everything else in his life, a LAZY MAN will always take you for granted.
Lazy men are selfish men. All they care about is themselves. If you’re with a LAZY MAN, it will never be about you — it’s always going to be about him. Nothing in life is just handed to you, but that’s what a LAZY MAN expects.
Most of us are lazy, at least some of the time. It’s only natural. Being lazy just means you want to expend as little effort as possible—and who in their right mind would want to spend extra time or energy where it’s not warranted? Of course, being lazy is also problematic.
All lazy men do is take, take, take. They don’t know how to give because giving would take an actual effort. Relationships are supposed to be a partnership, but if you’re dating a lazy guy, the work you put in will never be equal.
When a man is lazy, he often is characterized by several of the following: 1. He makes everything about him. Humility takes effort. Serving others demands energy. The laziest route is always the most selfish route. Lazy people make everything about them–how they feel, what they want, what they desire, etc.
Their laziness in this area might express itself in a lack of inquisitiveness, making assumptions, refusal to pay attention to details, and failing to listen. Any man who claims to fully know a woman is probably arrogant and lazy.
While anyone can be lazy, it’s a plight far more experienced from men than women. One of the greatest struggles with modern society is the abundance of lazy men. While a healthy work-ethic isn’t enough to guarantee a strong relationship, it is a good prerequisite.
Whether at a job, around the house, or in the relationship, laziness will kill a marriage. If a person is lazy while dating, they will likely be just as lazy, if not more so, when married. (See: This Is Who You Want to Marry) 3. Unstable.
