LG Service Phone: 1-800-243-0000. The service number is 1-800-243-0000. They do allow you to email in a service request through their website. The warranty is one year parts and labor for an LCD TV. The Plasma TV warranty is for two years. They do offer in home service for 30 inches and larger.
In fact, LG refrigerators are backed by five-year warranty on the cooling system. That means from five years from purchase date, LG fully covers both parts and labor related to servicing the sealed system or compressor.
All LG refrigerators come with a one-year labor warranty, a one-year parts warranty and a seven-year extended warranty on its sealed systems. Refrigerators under 3.4 cubic feet can normally be carried in to the service center; however, refrigerators over 3.4 cubic feet are normally serviced on-site.
In-Warranty Duration: Standard Warranty is 1 year parts and labour from the purchased date listed on the bill of sale (AC units excluded). You are invited to call LG Electronics Canada Customer Service (1-888-542-2623) and speak to a representative for any pertinent support question.

We welcome you to leverage our “One Price” Program as a low cost solution to these out of warranty repairs.
Coverage : In the event that your product is identified for "In Home" repairs, the in-warranty coverage will be a 150 km radius from the nearest authorized service center (ASC). If your product is outside this radius, it will be your responsibility to bring the unit to the ASC for repair.
The unit must have an LG “Model and Serial Tag” visible as the servicer will also take a picture of the serial tag for LG records. Unfortunately LG will not cover an LG product with a defaced or missing serial tag. Refurbished products or products from second hand shops (reseller) will not be covered under warranty.
