The Mode button on your Gamepad F310 swaps the functionality of the directional pad (D-pad) with the left thumbstick. When the Mode button is lit, the functionality is being swapped. If either your D-pad or thumbstick isn't operating as expected, press the Mode button.

Dec 26, 2017 . Button 13 When you use XInput mode, the game limits you to buttons 1-10. That means L2 & R2 (Left and Right Triggers) as well as the Logo button will not be recognized by the game. I really don't recommend using this mode if you can help it; DirectInput is better for this game (right now) because more buttons work.

Although the images show the PS4 controller, these setups will work with any dual-analog gamepad that has a comparable layout, including XBox 360/XBox One, PS3, Logitech F310/510/710, and so on. First, understand that the F 310 Pad has a switch on the back that allows it function in either Direct Input Mode -OR- X Input Mode. In order for it to be able to "emulate" Mouse and Keyboard, it HAS to be in Direct Input Mode.
