As others have indicated there's a internet service outage issue that Amazon is dealing with which is disallowing the Luna controller to connect from your WiFi network to Amazon's cloud service (which occurred today). Hopefully this gets rectified soon. Guess I'll be connecting to my PC through BT or via the USB C port on the Luna controller.
