Care must be used when mounting the antenna booms to the Rotor Arms such that the antenna is balanced. The 2M4, 144-148 MHz and 420-50-11, 420-450 MHz antennas make a great pair for a somewhat small installation that work well with the Dual Axis Rotor System. We offer a mounting kit that support the 1 inch boom diameter of the antennas.

M2 is developing switches to enable the selection of either right hand or left hand circular polarization. These switches are not currently available, but may be added to the basic antennas at a later time. AMSAT will consider making them available once M2 begins production.
