What does MarkBass have that is so special? Nope. They are exchanged under warranty due to the wonderful warranty deal that MB has (anything goes wrong... get a new one!). For out of warranty service, there are licensed repair shops, like for Mesa, Fender, SWR, etc., etc.
Mark Bass will only give schematics to "Authorized" repair facilities. Any suggestions? I just e-mailed the US Service manager for Mark Bass.. Funny, it is a Guitar Center address. Anyway, I will see what they say, but it is not looking good.
