Jan 26, 2010 . when my markbass went out i called GC & they told me to bring it in. they gave me a new one in the box withing 5 minutes. i didn't have to produce any receipt. i am in the computer but i never told the guy my name or anything. i just said, hey i called earlier & they told me to come & you would give me a new amp. he just walked away & came back with the box.

Jan 30, 2010 . All buyers of new MB gear receive a copy of their warranty, along with a warranty registration card. It is not necessary to publish this warranty, since it does not apply to anyone other than the original buyer. This seems to be an absolute non issue. I believe the issue was whether or not the warranty was transferrable to a second owner.
