First, select the mode of grinding using the rotary dial. When semi-automatic grinding, press and hold until you have the amount of ground coffee desired. When grinding on demand, press and hold for 1 second. Stepless – Gives you access to an “infinite” number of grind settings.
MACAP grinders are considered commercial equipment for grinding coffee only and cannot be returned once used. CLEANING WARNING: We recommend using grinder cleaning agents. We do not recommend any removal of the burrs or burr carrier for cleaning as re-assembly can cause damage.
The MACAP M42D has the same features as the previous M4 model along with an updated look. For the M7D version, fitted with conical burrs, a test run with at least 1kg of coffee for grinding is necessary before proceeding with final adjustments. Turn the horizontal regulation knobs to change the coarseness of the ground coffee. Micrometric regulation does not require blocking.
To enter the programming menu for the M7D and M4D, press the select button for 10 sec. To scroll through the programming menu, turn the select button, then press it to enter and change the parameters. To change the parameters, turn the select button, then press it to confirm the data and return to the programming menu.
