Plug your device's dongle into the USB port and open the iOLab application. Turn on your iOLab remote using the power button. Make sure your remote is successfully paired with the dongle. Calibrate your iOLab remote.
Record data by selecting one or more sensors from the checklist at the left of the the iOLab application, then clicking the Record button at the top. Click Stop in the same place as Record to stop recording. Once you have some data recorded, you can review and manipulate it by following the instructions here: Viewing Data
