Macromatic manufactures industrial control and monitoring products. New PC Series phase monitor devices with Modbus TCP communication dramatically change the way equipment can be monitored and controlled in smart network control systems.
Watch a time lapse video of the construction project. Macromatic Industrial Controls, Inc. has moved its operations to a larger facility in Waukesha, Wisconsin. A new building, at 2201 Corporate Drive, includes expanded offices, engineering, and manufacturing facilities on three acres with building space for future expansion.
About Macromatic. Located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, Macromatic Industrial Controls engineers and manufactures industrial relays that control electrical processes and monitor power for damaging fault conditions. Macromatic provides solutions for almost any application in any industry.
Speaking at that event, Macromatic President Steve Sundlov talked about the company’s plans for aggressive growth offering new, innovative devices with embedded communication to support future industrial technology. In January 2021, Macromatic released the PC Series Three-Phase Monitor Relays with Communication.
All Macromatic 17.5mm time delay relays are UL Listed for use in the United States and Canada (cULus). 1/16 DIN: normally selected when the application calls for accessibility of the display and/or switches without opening the panel door. The product is mounted in the door and uses back-mounted sockets for wiring.
Macromatic sockets can either be mounted on 35mm DIN track or to the panel with two screws. All Macromatic plug-in time delay relays are UL Component Recognized (UR) & most are UL Listed when used with the appropriate Macromatic socket.
At the end of the time delay (t1), the output is energized and remains in that condition for the time delay (t2). At the end of this time delay (t2), the output is de-energized. Input voltage must be removed to reset the time delay relay.
The LEADER in Time Delay Relays. Time delay relays are simply control relays with a time delay built in. Their purpose is to control an event based on time. The difference between relays and time delay relays is when the output contacts open & close: on a control relay, it happens when voltage is applied and removed from the coil;
