Q15: 2n3906. IC1, IC2: 4558. I honestly used things I had around and didn't order anything special. Q9, Q10, Q15 can be sensitive. Q1,Q2,Q5,Q6,Q11,Q12,Q13,Q14: 2n3904 or whatever would probably work fine for all them. Mind your wiring or it will oscillate wildly. Logged.

Oct 26, 2015 . Lastly in the Harbinger one schematic the 100nF is not on the +9V side but on the +18v (and other side to ground). This is not very important as in the roadrage the 100n is on the +9V side. Also, you could leave out the zener. This only protects the LT1054 for an overvoltage as the LT1054 can "only" handle 16V at input.

The FZ-2 Hyper Fuzz by Boss packs two unique fuzzes into one compact unit while boosting gain. It can recreate a traditional fuzz sound, but it also has the capacity to generate a more modern distortion. With two tone controls, you can adjust to your heart's content until you achieve the perfect, precise tone you're looking for.
Level sets the volume, second potentiometer sets bass and treble amounts and the gain potentiometer sets the fuzz amount. The last knob lets you choose between three modes: Fuzz I, Fuzz II and Boost that a simple clean boost. Once activated, the pedal delivers all the loudness and heaviness of the Super Fuzz.
