My settings are optimized for the Nvidia 2080 Ti, Windows 10, and on my LG CX 48" 4K OLED TV with profiles for SD, 720, 1080, UHD, and above. 3D is disabled.

Reduce MadVR frame; If you encounter flickering problems in the MP GUI (happens with Intel IGPU's) you could try to reduce the MadVR rendering time to hide the flickering. Download MadVR high quality video renderer. To use MadVR as video renderer you will have to download and install it manually.

It seems far more prudent to charge $50 a pop for MadVR PC version. $50 You can sell that to almost anyone, $50 @ 1 million people is $50,000,000. At $1000 a pop, you'd have to sell 50,000 units to match. Are there even 50,000 high end projectors sold each year. And how much is the middlemen's cut .

Another piece of info that might be of interest is about other video renderers. MadVR gives us the crucial info needed to make this all work but, once we have the custom resolutions set up correctly... theoretically they should be of benefit to whatever video renderer one might choose.
MadVR only supports frame packed 3D with the LAV video decoder. enable stereo 3d playback: [Enabled] Allow MadVR to output stereoscopic 3D content. 3D output is currently limited to 1080p23 with smooth motion automatically disabled.

Actually, it can, surprisingly - but only for video content. You can tell MadVR to render to 16-235 instead of 0-255. This way MadVR will make sure that black pixels get a pixel value of 16, but the GPU doesn't know about it, so the GPU can't screw image quality up for us.
In some scenes one setting looks better, in other scenes another. B) You could try to turn "preserve hue" on/off in MadVR, or switch between "low" and "high" quality. FWIW, "high" quality is doing the tone mapping in ICtCp, which is Dolby's preferred color space for tone mapping.
