The flow principle behind Magnetic flow meters is known as Faraday’s Law, mathematically defined as E=k*B*D*V. The induced voltage (E) is directly proportional to the velocity (V) of the fluid moving through the Magnetic field (B). The induced voltage is carried to the transmitter through the electrode circuit.

As standard material A105 is utilized. Different colors for water (green) and steam (red). Back (black) illuminated. KLINGER ® Magnetic level gauges are particularly suitable for applications featuring toxic or hazardous liquids or gases or whenever an immediate and safe response to a level change is required.

Mag meters provide highly accurate flow measurement for a wide variety of conductive fluid applications. Magnetic flow meters, also known as electroMagnetic flow meters or mag meters, are often selected because they are obstruction less, cost-effective for aggressive chemicals and slurries and provide highly accurate volumetric flow measurement.
In order to improve visibility under special operating conditions, an illuminator can be mounted on one side of the transparent level gauge. A105 and SS 316L are utilized as standard materials - alloy or other materials are available on demand.
Magnetic Instrumentation has developed and inventoried literally hundreds of magnetizing fixtures for nearly every imaginable application and type of magnet.
The tools our engineers have include 2-D/3-D Magnetic modeling software, soft/hard Magnetic test equipment for material characterization, a wide variety of magnetizers, Magnetic products, and field coils for both experimental trials and production runs.
The Model 990 Series Magnetreaters® are highly accurate, pulse type, ringing demagnetizers (also called treaters) for the controlled stabilization of permanent magnets and permanent magnet assemblies. Regardless of line voltage stability, they provide a controlled output through continuous pulse amplitude regulation.
These can be used to magnetize individual or multiple magnets, in one fixture, with an appropriate part holder. They can also be used for more complex assemblies such as Core magnet meter assemblies, sensors, accelerometers, loudspeakers, traveling-wave tubes, motors, and Magnetic valve assemblies.
