MagniFLOOD / MAG-LED’s warranty obligation is limited, to refund of the purchase price or no-charge repair, and/or replacement of defective product or component at MagniFLOOD / MAG-LED’s discretion. Nonfunctioning products must be returned to an authorized MagniFLOOD /MAG-LED repair facility within the warranty period.
Even when following the “headphones first” doctrine to extreme levels, the Magni 3+ turns in an excellent and compelling performance - and at a level that would have been unthinkable at such a low price-point even a couple of years ago!
They all have the power, performance, low noise, and versatility to meet all your needs. You’re set from IEMs to hard-to-drive planar designs. With a full 2400mW into 32 ohms, Magni has tremendous power reserves.
MagniPros states that its Magnifier is a useful aid for those w/macular degeneration (MD). Although I don’t have MD, my eyes don’t pick up as much light as they once did; so, this large, fully-lighted horizontal lens is quite helpful when attempting to read fine print, especially in low-light environs.

In fairness, Mon. was a federal holiday, but very few private businesses are ever closed on Columbus Day. If MagniPros was closed, it wasn’t posted on their website. One Concern: The specs for the device I ordered indicated that my unit was a 4X (up to 400%) Magnifier.
