Jacks are known for maliciously attacking your bait and running for the nearest structures, so large line capacity isn’t needed. For monster Jacks 15lb – 30lb braid should do the job. The leader I use is usually 40lb Black Magic Fluorocarbon leader as I fish in thick mangroves lined with oysters, but in some more forgiving areas you could drop down to 20-30lb.

The elusive Mangrove Jack, sought after by many in the northern reaches of Australia and an exciting prospect for any angler. When they hit, they aim to annihilate you around any structure close by.
In NSW they tend to be seasonal captures and can really be reliably targeted only in the summer months when water temperatures approach or exceed around 22°C. The colour of Mangrove Jack varies from bright reddish-brown to dark olive-brown. Fins have a pinkish hue, with the tail generally a darker shade.

For a more natural, and maybe more sciency approach, try pitching some White Labs Clarity Ferm when you pitch your BrewWater Hard Seltzer Yeast Kit. This will enzymatically clear everything, especially with a proper crash chill.
That being said, especially if you are using clean, distilled water and a sanitized stirring utensil, no need to get crazy. Your sugar will go into solution. For 5.5 gallons of Seltzer at 7% abv, use 6.5 lbs of dextrose, and for 5.5 gallons of 5% abv Seltzer, use 4.5 lbs of dextrose.
