Jun 22, 2010 . For the construction of the presented MANOSTAT, a capillary of length 30 cm and inner diameter 0.34 mm was used. It enables us to reach an output gas flow rate of 0.5 STD dm 3 min −1 at the gas pressure of 19 bar inside the gas supply cylinder. The minimum volume of a gas portion depends on the solenoid valve's volume.

The test results of the gas pressure regulation, obtained by means of the MANOSTAT, are also presented. The above mentioned test results proved among other things that for absolute gas pressure regulation within the range of 1-7 bar, the accuracy of the regulation amounted to below ±0.001 bar in an 18 h test at a MANOSTAT output gas flow rate ...

The MANOSTAT varistaltic pump is another type of device that measures pressure and vacuum, but is also used for the transfer and movement of fluids. The unit moves gasses and liquids, can transfer liquids from carboys, and is able to move gas through a flow system.
Bloom’s Taxonomy is a hierarchical classification of the different levels of thinking, and should be applied when creating course objectives. Course objectives are brief statements that describe what students will be expected to learn by the end of the course. Many instructors have learning objectives when developing a course.
