A great guy who sold a very early Capri on a what I believe to be a Mk3 Chassis through eBay very kindly shared a copy of these extremely rare instruction sheets - Thankyou. issued in Sept 1972 this was the 1st F.P.S (Flat Pan Sheet?) chassis made by Mardave following the super rare Folded Chassis cars.

Mardave sidecar The new chassis was built for a very old shell. The original chassis had been badly hacked about and numerous holes had been drilled in it. The new chassis was built using Bucks-Composites materials 3mm glass fibre sheet which was cut with a fretsaw.

One of their most popular and capable models was the Mardave Cobra - soon to be re-re-released in 'evo' form (Although we have no definitive release date, pricing etc....). So far, we just have an initial facebook post to go on, but it looks very interesting.
The Mardave Cobra was first released in 1992, the racers of 2wd buggy's at that time were all using far more expensive makes and models but the cobra surprised everyone by not only being able to keep up with them but actually winning. It became a real race proven competition off road buggy.
