  I absolutely love the poke bowls, and the fish tastes fresh. Create Your Own bowls from other places are great, but Nalu's set bowls come with such flavor. The Mac Salad and Side Salad are fantastic, and really balance out the flavor from the poke well. The portions are great for the price, and I never feel gross or heavy after eating it.

  Surf foil - Just like surfing but riding the foil on the waves. SUP foil - Just like Stand Up Paddle surf but riding the foil in the waves. Downwind foil - Using strong wind and swell to ride the foil down wind. Kite foil - Kitesurfing using a foil.

  The lesser weight means the foil accelerates more quickly, and can be maneuvered abruptly to make the most of underpowered situations. This is especially evident in waves, where their positive buoyancy will allow the foil to rise more quickly during pumping actions.

  Small foils have less drag and friction, which gives them a much higher top speed. Because of this, downwind SUP foilers will prefer wings upwards of 1900 cmsq while kite racers prefer foils with under 600 cmsq.
