Sep 29, 2016 . Also most of the OEM's support emails are bouncing back (including EU support) The monitor we purchased had a 1 year parts and 3 year labor warranty. We purchased this monitor in August 2014 and recently it started smelling of burning plastic. So we attempted to contact warranty support and were unsuccessful.
