Your SD card should be formatted and cleared of all videos and files. This is done by formatting the SD card. It is always recommended to format your SD card in the Nanocamplus Cam via the menu. Download the firmware file from our website. Do not change the bin file name in the folder otherwise your Nanocamplus Cam will not recognize it.
