With the foundation of Nass Magnet Shanghai Trading Co., Ltd. in the year 2013 the group of companies responded to the continuously increasing demand from China and Taiwan for high-quality electromagnetic components from Europe.
1960: Nass has 250 employees. 1960 till 1969: Nass establishes standards on the basis of the modular principle. For the interface between pneumatic and electronic controls modular systems like System 18, 16 and 12 were launched as well as first solenoid operators.

System 6.0.8L was a limited maintenance release to support the Asia Pacific market. It was needed in some countries where System 7 localization had been delayed. It enabled System 6 to run on the Macintosh Classic, Classic II, PowerBook 100, Macintosh LC and Macintosh LC II with high-bit language support and up to date printer support.
System 6.0.3 is considered the first stable version of System 6. System 6.0.6 was not officially released due to a bug. However, some Macintosh Classics mistakenly shipped with a copy.
System 6 supports 24 bits of addressable RAM (random access memory), which allows for a maximum of 8 megabytes of RAM, with no provision for virtual memory. These limitations were removed in System 7. System 6's version of the HFS file system also has a volume size limit; it supports up to 2 gigabytes (GB) and 65,536 files on any one volume.
