  • What does the view mode on NaturalPoint do?

    The Perspective View mode shows the reconstructed 3D data within the calibrated 3D space, and the Camera Preview mode shows 2D images from each camera in the setup. Both of these views are essential for assessing and monitoring the tracking data. This opens in a new window.

  • How do you label a take in NaturalPoint?

    Click either auto-label or reconstruct and auto-label to process selected Takes. The combined reconstruct and auto-label will create a new set of 3D data and auto-label the markers from it. This will label all the markers that matches the corresponding asset definition. Open a Take that you wish to auto-label.

  • Where do I find the context menu in NaturalPoint?

    The context menu in the Perspective View allows you to access more options related to the markers and assets in 3D tracking data. Each camera’s view can be accessed from the Camera Preview pane. It displays the images that are being transmitted from each camera. The image processing modes are displayed, including grayscale and object

  • How do I create a markerset in NaturalPoint?

    To create a MarkerSet, click the icon under the Assets pane and select New Marker Set. Once a MarkerSet asset is created, its list of labels can be managed using the Markersets pane. First of all, markerset assets must be selected in Motive and the corresponding asset will be listed on the markerset pane.
