I thought that outdoor electronic enclosures usually have a tiny "weep hole" at the lowest part where condensation can drip out, as a nominally hermetic case accumulates water due to diurnal pumping effects (air pressure change from ambient temperature) forcing some humid air exchange through imperfect seals.
