I searched Task Manager and there was a couple of these services running, one was Service Host: Udk User Service_1eec991, looking under the services tab, there were data storage, data access, capture service, etc. I never did figure out where the Harddrive was still being used, but it's Data usage led blinked periodically.

Jul 17, 2018 . Disabling the service (GameDVR and Broadcast User Service) causes the Windows Settings App to freeze immediately after opening and crash after a few minutes idle. Suddenly today my game started freezing, and crashing. It literally happens every 10 seconds. Game freezes for 3-5 seconds, then resumes, it's unplayable. In the discovery phase, you should find out: how they currently do it (for example, what services or channels they use) assess users’ experience of your service, to make sure it meets their needs
People and businesses use government services to help them get something done (for example, register to vote, check if a vehicle is taxed or pay a VAT bill). ‘User needs’ are the needs that a user has of a service, and which that service must satisfy for the user to get the right outcome for them.
User needs tend to be high-level, broad in scope and stable over time. As you design your service, you’ll use them to write user stories. These describe the specific features and content you need to create for your service to meet your users’ needs.
