The camera will also not save any alert videos to the cloud, so none of the motion or sound detection features will work.
With the NEOS Alexa skill, you can now access your live NEOS SmartCam feed on your Alexa devices. Simply say “Alexa, show me the front room”. Connect multiple cameras to your NEOS account and switch between different views of your home.
I figured my own way around it, after the camera is all connected and set up to both the NEOS App and the Echo Show 5. Reboot the camera from the device settings in the NEOS App, after about 30 seconds or so the blue light will come back on and the Echo Show 5 should be able to connect to the camera.
The NEOS SmartCam also supports a MicroSD card for continuous recording. Once the MicroSD card is full, it will begin to overwrite the oldest footage. Please also note that SD card viewing is not yet supported within the app, but you can view this footage on a computer.
