• When drying liquids, sauces, or purées, use a Fruit Roll Sheet, available from Nesco® American Harvest. • When drying jerky, place a fruit roll sheet on the bottom tray. The Fruit Roll Sheet will catch drips and make cleaning easier. • Wash hands thoroughly prior to handling food.
