To manage User settings from the web browser (acce ssed by entering the NetBotz Rack Monitor 250 IP address into the address bar), navigate to Configuration > Security > Local Users > Management. • Click Add User
Verify the IP addresses of the NetBotz Rack Monitor 250 and the NMS. If the NMS is on a different physical network (or subnetwork) from the NetBotz Rack Monitor 250, verify the IP address of the default gateway (or router).
