Shipping: Netduma is based out of the UK but offers shipping to many countries. For US deliveries they utilize USPS as the final destination courier. This is ideal because in case no one is home (signature is required per Paypal TOS) if will be held at your local post office for you to pick up.
Netduma is working on building out a global whitelist that will override any “bad” blacklisting to prevent user error. Host filtering is done on a per game basis, currently the most popular games are included and will continue to get expanded. This feature does have potential to be used maliciously in private games.
