NetMan 204 is a device that allows UPS management through a LAN (Local Area Network); the accessory supports all the main network protocols (SNMP v1 and v3, TCP/IP, HTTP and so on) and is compatible with Ethernet 10/100Mbps IPv4/6 networks. The UPS can therefore be integrated easily into medium and large-sized networks.
By downloading or using the software, the customer agrees to the foregoing and represents and warrants that it is not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.
It was developed to integrate UPS into medium-sized and large networks, to provide a high level of reliability in communication between the UPS and associated management systems. New features include the LDAP and Active Directory user authentication and the full integration with VMware’s Esxi and vCenter server for VM and host graceful shutdown.
To reset NetMan204: keep press the reset button until the red led start flashing (ca. 2 seconds) and then release it. To load a configuration with predefined static IP address: keep press the reset button; first the led starts flashing, then turns to solid red (ca. 10 seconds).

RPS S.p.a.'s sole responsibility and customer's sole remedy under this warranty is, at RPS S.p.a.'s option, to repair or replace all or any portions of the software, or to refund any license fee paid. This limited warranty is valid only if RPS S.p.a. receives written notice within the warranty period. 7. Limitation of Warranties and Liability
NetMan 204makes available a serial communication port to which you can connect environmental sensors (not supplied with the device, but provided separately) or a modem (not supplied with the device) for UPS teleservice.
